Role Description The Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring that service delivery is efficient, consistent, and aligned with organizational goals. This full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru includes supervising team members, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing coaching and feedback. The Manager will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, resolve operational issues, and support continuous process improvements. Responsibilities also include planning workloads, tracking key metrics, preparing reports, and assisting with budgeting or resource allocation as needed. The role requires maintaining clear documentation, promoting a positive and inclusive work culture, and ensuring adherence to company policies and standards.
