We're scaling our online quantitative business and looking for a hands-on Manager – CAWI to own the end-to-end delivery of web-based sample only projects across global markets. What you'll own Lead the team — Manage and grow a team of Project Managers and Project Management Trainees running CAWI studies across NA, EU, APAC, LATAM & MENA. Build client & partner relationships — Be the trusted operational contact for global MR agencies, consulting firms, and pharma clients, and the senior counterpart for our sample partners. Oversee panel & partner network traffic — Maintain the daily flow across the Insights Opinion proprietary panel (B2B, B2C, HCP) and our external partner network — balancing cost, speed, and exclusivity. Guarantee sampling quality — Own the sampling plan, fraud framework, soft-launch governance, and data cleaning on every study. Audit-ready, every time. What you bring 5–10 years in market research operations / data collection, with 3+ years in CAWI / online quant Minimum 2 years managing a team Hands-on experience on DIY sample platforms — Cint Exchange (incl. legacy Lucid Marketplace), PureSpectrum , Mint (Methodify / Cint Mint) Working knowledge of survey scripting platforms — Decipher, Forsta/Confirmit, Qualtrics, SurveyToGo, or Alchemer Fluency with QC tooling Solid grounding in ISO 20252, ESOMAR 28, GDPR , and (for HCP) HIPAA / BHBIA / EphMRA Advanced Excel Excellent written & verbal English, calm under pressure, sharp eye for detail Big plus: Healthcare research exposure (HCP / patient online studies) Why Insights Opinion Global exposure — studies across 50+ markets for top-tier MR agencies and pharma clients Clear career path — progression to Senior Manager / AVP – Online Data Collection in 24–36 months for strong performers Competitive fixed + performance-linked variable pay, medical insurance for self and family How to apply Send your CV + a short note on your CAWI portfolio (markets, methodologies, DIY platforms you've used) to hr@insightsopinion.com Subject: Application – Manager – CAWI – (Your Name) Or apply directly via LinkedIn Insights Opinion is an equal opportunity employer.
