Manager - Curator & Experience Design

Key Responsibilities:

Theme-Based Experience Curation

• Conceptualize and design unique, theme-based guest experiences across Club Mahindra resorts.
• Develop annual and seasonal experience calendars aligned to themes such as Wellness, Culture, Family Bonding, Adventure, Sustainability, Culinary, and Festivals.
• Create engaging guest journeys through a blend of activities, entertainment, storytelling, décor, and local experiences.

Experience Innovation & Design

• Research hospitality and leisure trends to introduce innovative experience concepts.
• Curate experiences that showcase local culture, traditions, cuisine, and community partnerships.
• Develop scalable experience frameworks and playbooks for deployment across resorts.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Partner with Resort Operations, Marketing, F&B, Entertainment, and Digital teams to bring curated experiences to life.
• Collaborate with external artists, performers, facilitators, and experience partners to enhance guest engagement.
• Support pilot launches and roll out new experience concepts across resort clusters.

Performance & Continuous Improvement

• Monitor guest participation, satisfaction, and feedback metrics.
• Identify opportunities to enhance existing experiences and introduce new concepts.
• Benchmark Club Mahindra experiences against leading hospitality and leisure brands.

Qualification & Skills Required

• 7-12 years of experience in hospitality, experiential tourism, cruise, events, entertainment, or guest experience design.
• Proven experience in conceptualizing and delivering customer-centric experiences.
• Strong storytelling, creative thinking, stakeholder management, and project execution skills.
• Passion for creating memorable guest experiences and driving innovation.
