Hiring: Program Manager - Last Mile / Rider Operations
We’re looking for a Program Manager to drive high-impact initiatives across Rider Hiring, Supply, Reliability, Productivity, and Last Mile Operations.
What you’ll do:
• Drive strategic programs and cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams
• Analyze rider supply-demand, operational performance, costs, and key KPIs
• Build dashboards, reports, trackers, and performance scorecards
• Identify operational gaps and drive data-backed solutions
• Lead process improvement, automation, incentive optimization, and operational excellence initiatives
• Manage pilots from execution to impact assessment and scale-up
• Build SOPs, frameworks, and governance mechanisms
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership
What we’re looking for:
• 4–7 years of experience in Program Management, Business Operations, Strategy, Analytics, Supply, or Rider/Driver Sourcing
• Experience in E-commerce, Quick Commerce, Logistics, Mobility, or Marketplace preferred
• Advanced Excel mandatory
• SQL preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing cross-functional programs and pilots
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
