Job Title : Manager - Investment Products & Asset Allocation

Location: Mumbai | Ahmedabad| Pune |Delhi NCR | Hyderabad

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Asset Allocation specialist, AUM Garnering Manager responsible for driving business growth through marketing, selling, and advisory across a comprehensive suite of in-house and third-party investment products. The role requires strong relationship management skills, deep understanding of financial markets, and the ability to deliver tailored investment solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage relationships with HNI/UHNI clients to understand their financial goals and investment needs
• Market, advise, and distribute a wide range of investment products including:
• In-house investment solutions
• Portfolio Management Services (PMS) and Global PMS
• Fixed Income Products
• Private Market / Pre-IPO / Structured Deals
• Drive revenue generation through cross-selling and upselling of investment products
• Provide strategic investment advice aligned with client risk profile and market outlook
• Identify new business opportunities and acquire new clients through networking and referrals
• Stay updated on market trends, economic developments, and product offerings
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of transactions
• Maintain high standards of compliance, documentation, and client servicing.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
• 1–8 years of experience in Asset management, private banking, or financial advisory
• Strong understanding of capital markets and investment products (PMS, AIFs, Fixed Income, Global Investments, etc.)
• Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and advisory capabilities
