Responsibilities
- Conduct high-quality 1:1 online classes for students in Math
- Personalize lessons based on the child’s learning pace and style
- Use real-life examples, visuals, and interactive tools to explain concepts
- Track student progress and provide feedback after each session
- Communicate effectively with the operations team and contribute to student success stories
- Participate in regular team meetings, training, and feedback loops to continuously improve
- Maintain professionalism, punctuality, and student rapport at all times
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Math as per US Common Core Curriculum
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong subject knowledge in Math
- A working laptop/PC with a camera and mic, and reliable internet connection
- Ability to teach in an engaging, structured, and student-friendly manner
