Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
Work on Dynamics 365 CRM / Customer Engagement modules.
Develop customizations using C#, .NET, JavaScript, Plugins, Workflows, and Power Automate.
Build solutions using Microsoft Power Platform – Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse.
Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using APIs, REST/OData, Azure services.
Troubleshoot, optimize, and support existing Dynamics 365 applications.
Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, and technical teams.
