About the Role
We are hiring a Model Development & Monitoring Analyst – SAS/Python
- Locations: Bangalore/Gurgaon /Noida
- Work Model: Hybrid
- Experience: 4-6 years
- Notice Period: Immediate - 15 days
Profile Preference:
Looking for candidates with strong hands-on experience in SQL, SAS and Python, with the ability to write clean, maintainable and well-documented code. Experience in Fraud/Financial Crime model development or validation is an added advantage, but not mandatory.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in SAS and Python.
- Good to have experience with Fraud models and Financial Crime experience.
- Solid understanding of relational databases and proficiency in SQL.
- Strong knowledge of Model Risk Management and the different aspects of MRM – development, validation, implementation, monitoring, governance, etc.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Must haves –
- SAS, SQL and basic python knowledge.
- Experience with data management, data cleaning, preparation of modeling datasets.
- Ongoing Model Monitoring experience.
- Basic Stats.
Good to have – Fraud model development/validation experience with exposure to vendor models like VISA, Actimize, LexisNexis, etc.
Experience – 4-6 years in the above domain.
Number of resources – 2-3.
