Must-Have Skills: Strong C# / .NET Backend AWS (ECS/EKS) REST APIs / gRPC SQL Server / PostgreSQL / MySQL / DynamoDB SQS / SNS / RabbitMQ / Kafka CI/CD: Jenkins / Argo / Octopus Bitbucket Monitoring & Observability: Grafana / Coralogix / PagerDuty OOP & Production Support .
Key Soft Skills: Ownership, autonomy, curiosity, strong communication, problem-solving mindset, and willingness to modernize legacy systems. AI tools exposure (e.g., Copilot) is a plus.
