Role Overview
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is hiring experienced NICE Actimize professionals to support Financial Crime, AML, Compliance, and Risk initiatives for Banking and Financial Services clients.
The role requires hands-on experience in NICE Actimize development, implementation, integration, and support, with strong expertise in AML monitoring, case management, compliance solutions, and financial crime prevention.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and support NICE Actimize solutions.
- Work on NICE Actimize modules including SAM, CDD, CTR, WLF, and ActOne.
- Configure Actimize Designer, Dart Views, UI fields, backend queries, and workflows.
- Work with Visual Modeler to configure channels and process flows.
- Implement and support AML detection, Financial Crime Compliance, and Enterprise Risk Case Management (ERCM) solutions.
- Develop integrations, plugins, and data flows to and from Actimize.
- Develop and optimize Java/J2EE, SQL, and PL/SQL components.
- Support code deployment, configuration management, troubleshooting, and defect resolution.
- Create and maintain KB articles, SOPs, and technical documentation.
- Participate in Agile delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support production environments while adhering to SLA commitments.

Desired Candidate Profile
- 5–8 years of overall IT experience.
- Hands-on experience implementing or supporting NICE Actimize solutions.
- Experience working with Actimize Designer and Visual Modeler.
- Strong Java/J2EE and Oracle PL/SQL development skills.
- Experience in AML, Compliance, Financial Crime Prevention, or Fraud Detection initiatives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Educational Qualification
BE / BTech / MCA / MSc (IT / Computer Science) or equivalent.
Mandatory Requirement
Relevant hands-on experience with NICE Actimize, including one or more of the following modules: SAM, CDD, CTR, WLF, or ActOne, is required for this role.
