We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Nominated Brand QA Executive to ensure all products meet buyer requirements, company quality standards, and compliance guidelines. The role will work closely with production, merchandising, technical, and quality teams to maintain brand standards throughout the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor product quality throughout the production process to ensure compliance with buyer and brand requirements.
• Conduct inline, pre-final, and final inspections in line with approved quality standards.
• Ensure adherence to nominated brand quality manuals, specifications, and testing requirements.
• Coordinate with production and technical teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Review inspection reports and follow up on quality-related issues until closure.
• Support buyer audits, factory audits, and compliance assessments.
• Analyze quality data, identify trends, and recommend improvement initiatives.
• Ensure timely submission of quality reports and documentation.
• Work closely with merchandising and production teams to achieve shipment quality requirements.
• Monitor defect levels and drive continuous quality improvement programs.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Textile Engineering, Garment Technology, Quality Management, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in garment/apparel quality assurance.
• Experience handling nominated brands and buyer quality requirements.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabric inspection, and garment quality standards.
• Familiarity with AQL standards, quality tools, and inspection procedures.
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
