Nursing Officer

• Role: Nursing Officer – Clinical Services, Home Healthcare & Elder Care
\n
• Location: Delhi NCR / Kolkata / Tripura / Other assigned locations
\n
• Experience: 2–5 years clinical nursing experience
\n
• Education: B.Sc. Nursing / GNM
\n
• Registration: Valid Nursing Council registration
\n
• Certification: Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred
\n
• Reporting: Clinical Head / Operations Manager
\n

Key Responsibilities

\n
• Conduct patient nursing assessments and prepare individualized care plans.
\n
• Administer medications, injections, IV therapy and manage wound care.
\n
• Handle catheterization, feeding tubes, tracheostomy and oxygen therapy.
\n
• Monitor vital signs and identify early clinical deterioration.
\n
• Provide home healthcare and geriatric nursing care.
\n
• Manage chronic diseases and support dementia/Alzheimer’s care.
\n
• Identify and prevent fall risks among elderly patients.
\n
• Supervise, train and guide caregivers/attendants.
\n
• Counsel patients and families on treatment and home-care procedures.
\n
• Maintain EMR, nursing records, clinical reports and progress notes.
\n
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, infection control and statutory requirements.
\n
• Handle emergencies, perform BLS, and coordinate hospital transfers.
\n
• Participate in clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives.
\n
