HIRING | NURSING SUPERINTENDENT MGM Healthcare | New Unit – Alwarpet, Chennai Location: Alwarpet, Chennai Organization: MGM Healthcare Position: Nursing Superintendent MGM Healthcare is expanding, and we are looking for an experienced Nursing Superintendent to lead nursing operations at our new unit in Alwarpet, Chennai . Key Responsibilities • Lead and manage overall nursing operations and patient care services • Ensure high standards of clinical nursing practice and patient safety • Drive compliance with NABH & hospital quality standards • Manage nursing manpower, deployment, rosters and productivity • Mentor and develop nursing teams • Collaborate with doctors, clinical teams and hospital leadership • Monitor nursing KPIs, audits and quality initiatives • Ensure effective implementation of nursing policies, protocols and SOPs What We’re Looking For * Experienced nursing leader with strong hospital exposure * Proven experience managing nursing teams * Strong knowledge of clinical quality and patient safety * Excellent leadership and communication skills * Experience in NABH-accredited hospitals preferred Interested candidates can share their CV at: sujith.s@mgmhealthcare.in Know someone who could be a great fit?
