Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise the nursing team during shifts
- Ensure high-quality patient care, medication administration, and safety standards
- Coordinate with doctors and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain clinical documentation and ensure NABH/compliance requirements
- Mentor and train junior nursing staff
- Manage shift planning, staffing, and quality audits
Requirements:
- B.Sc. Nursing or GNM
- 4+ years of nursing experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
