Role Summary

The OCM Consultant will support business transformation initiatives by driving organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and adoption strategies. The role is responsible for ensuring successful implementation of business and technology changes through structured change management methodologies and governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Organizational Change Management strategies and plans.
• Conduct change impact assessments and organizational readiness evaluations.
• Identify stakeholders and create stakeholder engagement plans.
• Design and implement communication strategies to support change initiatives.
• Develop training plans, learning materials, and adoption programs.
• Assess change risks and create mitigation plans.
• Manage resistance and support business units through transitions.
• Monitor adoption, usage, and proficiency metrics after implementation.
• Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and leadership alignment sessions.
• Collaborate with project managers, business leaders, and technical teams.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and measure change effectiveness.
• Support governance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
