Department: Supply Chain – Anglo Africa

Location: Andheri, Chakala, Mumbai

CTC: Upto 5 Lacs

Job Description:

\n
1. All MIS data to be updated (Demand Planning file, Sales, Stock, Inventory Analysis, Near Expiry Liquidation, Stock Float Reports) for Anglo Africa.
\n
2. New launch product code updation follow-up.
\n
3. New launch products follow-ups for RM & PM BOM updation and keep track until it reaches the country.
\n
4. To raise monthly MTS in the system (EOA) for Anglo Africa.
\n
5. Pending EOA reconciliation & follow-up for on-time delivery with PPIC.
\n
6. Preparation of the Near Expiry Stock Liquidation file & Bonus file.
\n
7. Updation of OP Stock, Forecast, Near Expiry Stock & Invoice Reconciliation (Transit Stock) in Stock Float.
\n
8. Cross-functional team requires data to submit (e.g., QA/DRA/Legal Dept. – Product Complaint Related & NOC).
\n
9. Support team for dispatch documentation, if required.
\n

Qualification:

\n
1. B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce)
\n
2. MBA in Operations
\n

Experience:

3–4 years of relevant experience in SAP operations, export documentation, order processing, or a related field.

Key Skills:

\n
1. Working knowledge of SAP operations.
\n
2. Good understanding of export documentation and order processing.
\n
3. Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.
\n
4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
\n
5. Good coordination and time management skills.
\n
