Location: Bangalore
Experience: 5–8 years
Industry: Experiential Marketing / Events
What you’ll be responsible for:
• End-to-end planning and execution of corporate events, brand activations and experiential projects
• Vendor sourcing, negotiations and coordination across fabrication, production, AV, logistics, manpower and other event requirements
• Preparing project costings, evaluating vendor quotations and managing budgets
• Venue recce, location scouting and coordination of venue requirements
• Managing production schedules, logistics, permissions and event timelines
• Collaborating closely with Client Servicing, Creative for seamless execution
• Ensuring quality, timelines and smooth on-ground delivery
• Troubleshooting and managing last-minute operational challenges effectively
What we’re looking for:
• 6–8 years of hands-on experience in Experiential Marketing / Event Operations
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
• Good understanding of event production, fabrication, AV, logistics and costing
• Strong planning, coordination and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to independently manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel based on project requirements
Prior experience in the Experiential / Events industry is essential for this role.
