Manav Hospital, Ghaziabad is looking for a Cataract & LASIK / Eye Department Counsellor to join our growing ophthalmology team.
We are looking for an Optometrist or an experienced healthcare sales professional with excellent patient counselling and conversion skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Counsel patients for Cataract, LASIK & Refractive procedures
• Explain treatment options, IOLs and advanced surgical technologies
• Build patient confidence and address queries
• Coordinate with doctors and the ophthalmology team
• Follow up with prospective patients
• Maintain counselling and conversion records
• Contribute to department growth and patient experience
ADVANCED OPHTHALMOLOGY SERVICESOur Eye Department offers advanced procedures including MICS Cataract Surgery, Premium/Trifocal IOLs, LASIK and advanced refractive procedures.
Location: Manav Hospital, Ghaziabad
Position: Eye Department Counsellor
