About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Fusion Functional Consultant to join our AI Solutions practice. In this role, you will operate at the intersection of Oracle Fusion functional configuration and AI-powered automation, contributing to the design and delivery of intelligent, agent-based solutions across Supply Chain, Finance, and HR/Payroll domains.

This position is a key contributor to our Oracle AI Agent Studio delivery capability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead functional configuration and solution design for Oracle Fusion modules across SCM, Finance, and HCM/Payroll
\n
• Translate complex business processes into Oracle AI Agent Studio tool definitions, workflows, and configurations
\n
• Design and validate BIP reports, REST API payloads, and ORDS-ready data specifications for agent-based integrations
\n
• Conduct requirement gathering workshops, solution blueprinting, and gap analysis with client stakeholders
\n
• Define and document agent use cases, data flows, and test scenarios for AI-driven automation solutions
\n
• Collaborate with Oracle technical consultants to ensure accurate implementation of functional specifications
\n
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and knowledge transfer to client teams
\n
• Stay updated with Oracle Fusion quarterly releases and Oracle AI Agent Studio enhancements
\n

Required Skills & Experience

\n
• 7–10 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion implementations
\n
• Strong functional expertise in at least two of the following areas:
\n
• Procurement / Supply Chain Management (SCM)
\n
• Finance (AP / AR / GL)
\n
• Human Capital Management (HCM) / Payroll
\n
• Experience in Oracle BIP report development and understanding of Fusion REST APIs
\n
• Familiarity with Oracle AI Agent Studio or strong ability to quickly learn agent configuration tools
\n
• Understanding of Oracle Fusion data models, security concepts (data roles, BPM), and ESS job scheduling/submission
\n
• Strong documentation, analytical, and client communication skills
\n
• Experience in end-to-end project lifecycle delivery (requirements to UAT)
\n

Nice to Have

\n
• Exposure to Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Fusion integration patterns
\n
• Experience with ORDS REST services or Fusion customization using PL/SQL
\n
• Exposure to AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives within Oracle ecosystem
\n
• Oracle Cloud certifications in relevant Fusion modules
\n
