Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant – JML & Security

Location: Noida/NCR hybrid

Shift: 1:30 -10:30pm IST

Experience: 5-8 yrs

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM with a focus on Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML) processes.
• Good understanding of organizational departments, jobs, positions, roles, and their associations within Oracle Fusion.
• Sound knowledge of Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), security roles, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflict analysis and remediation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform root cause analysis and drive process improvements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to collaborate/co-ordinate with stakeholders/different teams.
• Experience in incident management, testing, UAT support, and production support environments.

Preferred:

• Oracle Fusion HCM certification.
• Exposure to ServiceNow, and access governance processes.
