Oracle Fusion HCM Functional-OTL Module

Job Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant – OTL (Oracle Time & Labor)

Location: Gurgaon/ Kolkata

Experience: 6+ Years

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Time & Labor (OTL). The consultant will be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-production support for Oracle HCM Cloud Time & Labor implementations and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Time & Labor processes.
• Configure and implement Oracle Time & Labor solutions based on business needs.
• Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design sessions.
• Prepare functional design documents and configuration workbooks.
• Support data migration, integrations, testing, and user training activities.
• Collaborate with technical teams for reports, interfaces, and extensions.
• Perform SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities.
• Provide post-go-live support and issue resolution.
• Stay updated with Oracle HCM Cloud quarterly releases and new OTL features.

Mandatory Skills

• Minimum 4+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud Functional experience.
• Hands-on expertise in Oracle Time & Labor (OTL).
• Strong understanding of Time & Attendance and Workforce Management processes.
• Experience in configuration, implementation, and support projects.
• Knowledge of HCM data structures, security, and reporting.
• Experience with time entry rules, approval workflows, time calculation rules, and scheduling concepts.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
