Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits, Workforce Compensation, and Time & Labor. The candidate will be responsible for requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, implementation, testing, and production support of Oracle Fusion HCM applications

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.

• Hands-on experience in Core HR and at least one or more HCM modules.
\n
• Knowledge of HDL, HCM Extracts, OTBI, BI Publisher, and Fast Formulas.
\n
• Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, and testing.
\n
• Understanding of data conversion, integrations, and reporting.
\n
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
\n
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
