Job Title: Parent Relationship Manager cum Admission Counselor
Location: Faridabad
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current parents.
Act as a liaison between parents and the institution, addressing any concerns or queries promptly.
Guide parents through the admission process, including providing information about the institution, admission criteria, and required documents.
Conduct informative sessions for parents to showcase the benefits of our institution and its programs.
Assist parents in completing admission forms and other related documents.
Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure a seamless admission process.
Provide support to parents and students during the transition period into the institution.
Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall parent experience.
