About the Role

The role involves supporting, developing, and providing technical consulting for our Master Data System, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support, development and technical consulting for our Master Data System
• Maintenance
• Development in ORACLE
• Service requests
• Application support
• Incident management
• You analyze and solve complex technical problems in collaboration with other IT teams
• Documentation: You create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge databases and support processes to improve efficiency in the support team
• Proactive monitoring: You implement monitoring tools for proactive system monitoring and early detection of potential issues
• Release to Production: Packaging and rollout coordination, rollout monitoring (ticket analysis) and the creation of changes and administrative orders as well as associated scripts
• Project support: You participate in IT projects, including the introduction of new technologies and systems as well as the optimization of existing processes
• Customer interaction: You are in email contact with internal customers, clarifying technical inquiries and offering solutions

Qualifications

• Several years of experience (8+) in programming with profound knowledge in ORACLE SQL and PL/SQL programming
• Several years of experience (4+) in Visual Studio and TFS
• A good command of English is a must
• Experience (4+) in Confluence and JIRA rest services

Required Skills

• Proficient in ORACLE SQL and PL/SQL programming
• Experience with Visual Studio and TFS
• Strong communication skills in English
• Familiarity with Confluence and JIRA rest services

Preferred Skills

• Experience in proactive system monitoring
• Ability to create and maintain technical documentation
• Experience in project support and customer interaction
