Pre-Sales / Business Development Executive

About Us:

CloudHire, an AI-powered recruitment platform, is hiring for its 30-Day Pre-Sales Training Program 

open to freshers and early-career sales/support professionals.

Who Should Apply

l Freshers with strong communication skills, or

l 1+ years in B2C sales, telesales, inside sales, customer support, or lead qualification

l Comfortable on customer calls, target-driven, coachable, CRM experience a plus

Role

l Engage prospects via calls, qualify leads, handle objections, identify pain points

l Schedule qualified leads for Sales team, maintain CRM records

l Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and skill-building

Compensation

l Training : 2 - 3 weeks training with a stipend of 1000 Rs Per day

l Further growth potential for high performers

Salary Budget: 2 - 4.8LPA + commission (5.5 - 7 LPA OTE)

Requirements

l Good communication (verbal/written), customer-facing attitude

l Basic computer/CRM skills, reliable internet

l Graduation preferred, not mandatory for strong freshersnd

5 days working with Roaster Shifts

Shift Timing: 10 AM - 7 PM (9 hours/day)
