About the Role

We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Software Product Demo / Pre-Sales Executive to engage with prospective clients and effectively demonstrate our technology solutions.

The role involves working closely with the Business Development and Sales teams to conduct product demos, explain software capabilities, address prospect queries, understand business requirements, and help move qualified prospects to the next stage of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct software product demonstrations for prospective leads.
• Explain product features, workflows, benefits, and use cases in a clear and business-friendly manner.
• Handle prospect questions and objections during demos and coordinate with internal teams for technical clarifications.
• Work closely with the Business Development team to understand lead background and prepare for demos.
• Follow up with prospects after demos and capture feedback, requirements, and next steps.
• Maintain accurate records of demos, prospect requirements, and conversion status.
• Coordinate with Product, Technology, Operations, and Business teams to ensure accurate product communication.
• Build and maintain a strong understanding of the company's products and the BFSI technology landscape.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in Pre-Sales, Product Demonstration, Inside Sales, or a related role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong ability to understand software products and explain them in a simple, business-friendly manner.
• Ability to understand client pain points and connect them with relevant product features.
• Good command of English.
• Comfortable conducting online meetings, presentations, screen sharing, and working with CRM tools.
