Required Skills: • Minimum 3+ years of experience as a product presales specialist in an Enterprise from CPaaS/SaaS domain is preferred. • Strong knowledge of the CPaaS/SaaS market, technical solutions and its competitive landscape (specifically deep domain understanding of OTT communication channels like WhatsApp and RCS). • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. • Self-starter with a positive and solution-oriented mindset. • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and deliver in a multi-stakeholder eco-system.
