Production Merchant

Production Merchant – Home Décor

We are looking for a Production Merchant with 3-5 years of experience in the home décor / manufacturing industry to coordinate orders from confirmation through production and dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with buyers, production, purchase, quality and dispatch teams.
• Track orders against committed production and shipment timelines.
• Ensure raw materials, approvals, specifications and packaging requirements are available on time.
• Monitor production progress and proactively identify delays or bottlenecks.
• Coordinate quality inspections and ensure buyer requirements are met.
• Maintain accurate order and production status updates.
• Follow up across departments to ensure timely completion and dispatch of orders.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in merchandising / production merchandising, preferably in home décor export manufacturing.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Good understanding of production processes and order management.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working with multiple orders simultaneously.
