*We're Hiring: Professor of Practice – Finance*

Chitkara Business School is seeking an accomplished Finance professional who has built a strong career in the industry and subsequently transitioned into academia. We are looking for someone who can combine real-world business expertise with effective teaching, mentoring and academic engagement.

*Ideal Profile*

10+ years of relevant experience, with a strong foundation in the Finance industry followed by a transition into academics

Senior-level expertise in Corporate Finance, Banking, Investments, FP&A, Risk Management, FinTech or related domains

Experience in teaching, mentoring, academic engagement and curriculum development

Strong leadership and strategic business exposure

Ability to translate real-world experience into meaningful classroom learning through case studies, live projects and business simulations

Ph.D. in Finance, Management or a related discipline will be an added advantage

*Key Responsibilities*

Deliver practice-led and industry-relevant learning

Mentor students through live projects and real-world business challenges

Contribute to curriculum innovation and experiential learning

Strengthen industry–academia partnerships and engagement
