Reports to: Business Head / Principal

Role Type: End-to-End Project Ownership (Client + Execution + Financials)

Role Summary

The Project Manager is responsible for end-to-end delivery of interior fitout projects—from

planning for the final handover. This includes ownership of timelines, client relationships,

financial performance, and execution quality.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Control

• Develop and manage project schedules using Gantt charts and critical path planning
\n
• Track project health through KPIs and dashboards
\n
• Identify risks early and implement corrective actions
\n
• Manage change orders with schedule and budget impact
\n
• Conduct post-project reviews
\n

Client Ownership

\n
• Act as primary point of contact for clients
\n
• Manage approvals and milestone sign-offs
\n
• Resolve issues proactively
\n
• Drive client satisfaction and repeat business
\n

Execution & Coordination

\n
• Coordinate design, procurement, and site teams
\n
• Ensure execution aligns with drawings and timelines
\n
• Conduct site reviews
\n
• Drive accountability across stakeholders
\n

Billing & Financial Management

\n
• Manage billing cycles, RA bills, and invoicing
\n
• Track cash flow, payments, and collections
\n
• Monitor financial performance via ERP systems
\n

Quality & Compliance

\n
• Implement QA/QC standards
\n
• Ensure compliance with codes and specifications
\n
• Drive snag closure before handover
\n

Cost Control

\n
• Track costs vs budgets
\n
• Control overruns
\n
• Negotiate with vendors
\n
• Drive value engineering
\n

Required Skills

\n
• Engineering/Architecture degree
\n
• 5–8 years managing interior fitout projects (₹5–50 Cr)
\n
• Client management and multi-project handling
\n
• Understanding of BOQs, contracts, and billing
\n
• Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera, Excel, ERP tools
\n
• Ability to read drawings and manage execution
\n

• Strong command of documentation, reading drawings, assessing BOQs, and construction paperwork.
