Project Manager

Project Manager – Business Delivery | Jaipur | 3–7 Years

IMS DataWise is looking for a hands-on Project Manager to drive business initiatives from an unclear problem statement through to execution and completion.

This is not a traditional PMO or project-coordination role. You will personally structure ambiguous business problems, create action plans, coordinate stakeholders, solve roadblocks and deliver tangible outcomes.

What you will work on:

• Business process improvement and transformation initiatives
• Business analysis, research and operational problem-solving
• Management reporting, dashboards and analytics initiatives
• New tool/workflow implementation
• Senior management presentations and client deliverables
• Cross-functional business priorities

What we are looking for:

• 3–7 years’ experience in project management, consulting, business operations, transformation, analytics, technology or PMO
• Strong ownership, follow-through and ability to work independently
• Comfortable bringing structure to ambiguous problems
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills
• Excellent Excel, PowerPoint, reporting and presentation skills
• Exposure to BI, automation or AI productivity tools is an advantage
• PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certification is desirable, not mandatory
