Responsibilities Lead and mentor engineering teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and clients to define project requirements, timelines, and deliverables. Drive Agile development best practices, including Scrum and Kanban methodologies. Oversee project planning, risk management, budgets, and technical challenges. Conduct technical reviews, provide mentorship, and support engineer performance development. Qualifications 10+ years of software development experience with leadership experience managing engineering teams Expertise in Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) Strong stakeholder management and project planning skills Experience managing budgets, risks, timelines, and cross-functional teams Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities Passion for innovation, mentorship, and continuous improvement
