We're hiring: Project Manager - CAWI (Online Sampling)

Insights Opinion is looking for an experienced Project Manager - CAWI to manage online sampling projects across global healthcare, B2B, and consumer research studies.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in CAWI project execution, online panel coordination, sampling feasibility, API integrations, DIY research tools, publisher networks, fieldwork monitoring, client communication, and vendor management.

Eligibility Criteria:

\n
• Minimum 1 to 4 years of experience in project management for online sampling/CAWI projects
\n
• Prior experience in market research project management will be preferred
\n
• Exposure to healthcare, B2B, or consumer online research studies will be an added advantage
\n

Key responsibilities:

\n
• Manage end-to-end CAWI/online sampling projects
\n
• Coordinate with clients, panels, vendors, publishers, and internal teams
\n
• Review feasibility, quotas, timelines, CPI, LOI, IR, and project specifications
\n
• Work with API-based sample integrations, DIY tools, and publisher network partners
\n
• Monitor fieldwork performance, sample delivery, quality, conversion, and incidence rates
\n
• Troubleshoot project issues related to targeting, redirects, survey links, APIs, and sample flow
\n
• Ensure timely project updates, reporting, documentation, and issue resolution
\n
• Maintain data quality, compliance, and respondent experience standards
\n

Requirements:

\n
• Practical exposure to API integrations, DIY survey/sampling platforms, and publisher networks
\n
• Strong understanding of sampling, quotas, LOI, IR, CPI, redirects, reconciliation, and fieldwork metrics
\n
• Excellent client communication, coordination, and vendor management skills
\n
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines
\n
• Healthcare market research experience will be an added advantage
\n
