Job Responsibilities

• Engage with customers and their families to create a welcoming showroom experience.
\n
• Interact with bridal customers and their families during their jewellery shopping journey.
\n
• Coordinate with the sales team to capture customer experiences and jewellery trial moments with customer consent.
\n
• Document key stages of the customer journey, including arrival, product selection, purchase, and celebration moments.
\n
• Identify and collect customer testimonials, feedback, and success stories.
\n
• Ensure proper customer consent is obtained before any photography or videography.
\n
• Help customers feel comfortable and encourage genuine interactions for promotional and social media content.
\n
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to create authentic customer engagement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Any Graduate
\n
• 1–3 years of experience in Public Relations, Customer Relations, Hospitality, Events, Marketing, or a similar customer-facing role.

• Strong verbal communication skills in Telugu,Hindi and English.
