Job Title: PYP Teacher Board: IB – Primary Years Programme Job Purpose To deliver high-quality inquiry-based education aligned with the IB PYP framework, fostering academic excellence, global citizenship, and holistic development in young learners. Key Responsibilities Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons aligned with the IB PYP curriculum and inquiry cycles Design and implement Units of Inquiry (UOI) integrating transdisciplinary themes Use diverse teaching strategies to support differentiated learning Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment Assess student progress using formative and summative assessment strategies Maintain accurate student records, portfolios, and reports Collaborate with PYP coordinators and teaching teams for curriculum planning Integrate ATL skills, learner profile attributes, and international mindedness Communicate effectively with parents through meetings, reports, and conferences Participate in school events, professional development, and IB training Uphold IB standards, school policies, and safeguarding guidelines Required Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education or relevant subject IB PYP training or experience preferred Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience (PYP experience an advantage) Strong understanding of inquiry-based learning Excellent classroom management and communication skills Passion for early childhood/primary education Proficient in using educational technology and digital tools Desired Attributes Reflective practitioner with a growth mindset Collaborative and team-oriented Strong organizational and planning skills Culturally sensitive and globally minded Location : Faridabad
