1. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: KRAs

\nParticipate in all new product development activities from launch stage onwards.
\n•
\nAttend and contribute in Design Reviews to ensure quality requirements are addressed.
\n•
\nReview DFMEA, PFMEA, and Design Validation Plan & Report (DVP&R) activities.
\n•
\nIdentify potential risks during product development and ensure mitigation actions are tracked and closed.
\n•
\nReview supplier quality activities related to new product development including PPAP, validation, and process capability studies.
\n•
\nEnsure implementation of lessons learned and continual quality improvements.
\n•
\nEnsure product and process quality compliance during development stage.
\n•
\nDrive corrective and preventive actions for identified quality concerns in new product.
\n2. GENERAL/SPECIAL RESPONSIBILITIES (review)
\n•
\nSupport internal audits, customer PPAP audits.

\nBachelor's Degree in / Electrical / Electronics Engineering or related field.
