We’re looking for a Relationship Executive to join our Digital Counselling Team.

Your Role

• Connect with students through digital enquiries, calls & WhatsApp
• Understand their study-abroad goals & requirements
• Build strong student relationships through regular follow-ups
• Guide students towards relevant Kanan.co counselling & coaching solutions
• Schedule counselling sessions and support student conversions

What We’re Looking For

• Candidates from any industry/background
• Excellent English communication skills
• Confident & comfortable speaking with students on calls
• Strong relationship-building skills
• Ability to learn is a must
• Study-abroad product knowledge is not mandatory — complete product training will be provided
• Sales/Counselling/Education experience is a plus
