Hiring: Relationship Manager – Real Estate Sales

Salary: ₹3.5 LPA – ₹5.5 LPA Fixed + Uncapped Incentives
About the Role
We are looking for energetic and target-driven sales professionals to join our Real Estate Sales team. The role involves handling company-provided leads, understanding customer requirements, conducting property visits, and closing sales.
Work ScheduleTraining Period (First 7 Days)
⏰ 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Regular Work Model (3+2)
Wednesday to Friday (Office Days)
Vasanth Nagar Office
• Calling and qualifying leads
• CRM updates and follow-ups
• Scheduling site visits
Saturday & Sunday (Site Visit Days)
Project Sites
• Conduct property tours
• Meet clients face-to-face
• Negotiate and close deals
Monday & Tuesday

Key Responsibilities
• Handle and convert company-generated leads
• Understand customer budgets and property requirements
• Maintain CRM and sales records accurately
• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects
• Arrange and manage property site visits
• Explain project features, pricing, and investment benefits
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Build strong relationships with customers
Eligibility Criteria
✔ MBA (Mandatory)
✔ 6 Months to 6 Years of Sales Experience
✔ Freshers are NOT eligible
✔ Currently employed or employment gap should not exceed 90 days
✔ Strong English & Hindi communication skills
✔ Kannada speaking candidates preferred
✔ Comfortable with field sales and weekend site visits
✔ Age up to 28 years preferred
✔ Immediate joiners / Notice period candidates preferred
