Experience: 6-10 Years
Location: Pune
Key Skills:
• Airbag, Steering Wheel & Seat Belt Design
• Restraint System Design & Development
• CATIA V5 (3D Modeling & 2D Drawings)
• PLM (TCE/TCUA) Release Management
• DFMEA, DVP & Validation Activities
• GD&T, Engineering Plastics & Dimensional Management
• Restraint Regulations & Compliance
Responsibilities:
• Lead restraint system development from concept to launch
• Create engineering concepts, master sections & CAD models
• Support validation, DFMEA, DVP and CAE activities
• Manage BOM, PLM releases and supplier coordination
• Participate in design reviews and issue resolution
