About the Role

We are excited to announce the opening of a new department dedicated to supporting our projects and operations in Lithuania, strengthening our capabilities and expanding our presence in the region.

Responsibilities

• Modelling and drafting transportations infrastructure.
\n
• Finding solutions for various connections between elements.
\n
• Candidate will be working with various types of infrastructure project.
\n
• Candidate will be involved in different phases of project development, starting to:
\n
• conceptual design
\n
• preliminary design
\n
• basic design
\n
• detail design
\n
• workshop drawings for roads infrastructure solutions.
\n
• Candidate will be developing solutions and modelling roads while collaborating and getting information from Project managers, leading engineers.
\n
• Candidate at the same time will work in several various size projects including teams of 2 to 5 engineers working at the same project therefore a work planning, prioritization and coordination skills are required.
\n
• Candidate should be able to understand a various roads construction and model of the roads and connections according to such sketches from leading engineers.
\n
• Calculating a material quantities and preparing BoQ's.
\n
• Ensuring that assigned tasks / projects are delivered on time, with quality and within given budget.
\n
• Candidate will be communicating and coordinating activities with His/her team manager and members that are located in Lithuania, therefore candidate should have a very good english verbal communication skills.
\n
• Analytical thinking skills.
\n
• Candidate should demonstrate a proactiveness, orientation to result and ability to work in team.
\n

Qualifications

\n
• Education in roads, streets and highways design.
\n

Required Skills

\n
• Good skills in Autodesk Civil 3D software.
\n
• Good English verbal skills.
\n
• Previous work experience in International company (preferably European company).
\n

Preferred Skills

\n
• Previous work experience in European company.
\n
