Must-Have Skills

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Sage X3 ERP.

• Strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
\n
• Experience with Sales Order Management, Pricing, Shipping, Invoicing, Customer Management, and Receivables.
\n
• Techno-functional experience in Sage X3 configuration and customization.
\n
• Knowledge of Sage X3 workflows, reports, and integrations.
\n
• Experience with Sage X3 development tools and web services.
\n
• Strong requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and user support experience.
\n
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
\n

Good-to-Have Skills

\n
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and third-party system integrations.
\n
• Knowledge of SQL, database concepts, and reporting tools.
\n
• Exposure to Finance and Supply Chain modules within Sage X3.
\n
• Experience in ERP migration, upgrade, or transformation projects.
\n
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
\n
• Sage X3 technical development experience.
