What You’ll Do:

Engage prospective customers through calls, emails & messaging platforms

Encourage customers to visit Frido retail experience centers

Provide remote assistance through video calls, voice calls & chat

Maintain accurate CRM records, follow-ups & customer interactions

Coordinate with Marketing, Customer Support & Retail teams

Support lead management and conversion funnel optimization

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Strong verbal & written communication

✅ Excellent objection-handling and problem-solving skills

✅ Organized approach to CRM and follow-up management

✅ Experience in inside sales, lead management or retail conversion is preferred
