About the Role
Livspace is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our Bengaluru team. The role involves understanding customer requirements, providing suitable interior solutions, managing leads, and driving sales from enquiry to closure.
Key Responsibilities
• Connect with potential customers and understand their interior requirements
• Generate and manage sales leads through various channels
• Conduct customer consultations and recommend suitable interior solutions
• Follow up with customers and convert leads into sales
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure a positive customer experience
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business objectives
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements
• Maintain regular follow-ups and update customer information in the system
