Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Mumbai, Gujarat & South India.
Industry: Aroma Chemicals & Perfumery Ingredients
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive business growth through B2C sales, customer acquisition, and product promotion of Aroma Chemicals, Perfumery Ingredients, Specialty Ingredients, and Natural Oils.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Acquisition: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, cold calling, and market visits.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understand their needs, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Product Knowledge: Demonstrate knowledge of Aroma Chemicals & Perfumery Ingredients and effectively communicate their applications and value.
Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling product presentations to clients.
- Handle customer enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, orders, sampling, and after-sales services.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, production, dispatch, and customer requirements.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively.
- Prepare daily work schedules, client visit plans, sales reports, and follow-ups.
QUALIFICATION & SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Chemistry or Science, with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Fragrance, Aroma, Perfume, Essential Oils, or related industries preferred.
- Strong sales, negotiation, communication, and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented, self-motivated, disciplined, and good understanding of market trends and customer needs.
- Good olfactory capabilities and willingness to travel across Mumbai, Gujarat & South India.
