Job Title: Sales Executive – Packaging Products

Parijat Packaging is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive sales of our plastic and compostable packaging products. The ideal candidate should have strong cold calling skills, sales acumen, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
● Conduct cold calls and follow-ups to generate leads and close deals.
● Identify potential customers in retail, food service, e-commerce, and other industries.
● Present and explain packaging solutions to clients, highlighting benefits and cost-effectiveness.
● Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales successfully.
● Maintain a database of leads and update sales records in CRM.
● Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
● Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.
● 3-4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in packaging or related industries.
● Strong cold calling and lead generation skills.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
● Fluency in English, Malayalam, and Hindi.
● Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment.
● Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
● Travel to Kochi, Mumbai, Chennai (business areas)
