The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with travel agents.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets for an european DMC.
- Partner with travel agents and generate business for DMC.
- Mentor employees to help them achieve individual & team objectives
- Knowledge of Europe as a destination will be an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor‘s degree or equivalent experience in business
- 5+ years‘ of travel agency sales experience in the travel trade with expertise in DMC.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
