Sales & Operations Manager

Job Summary

Well experienced and result oriented Sales & Operations Manager to oversee sales activities, manage customer relationships, coordinate operations and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.

·      Identify new business opportunities and build strong customer relationships.

·      Manage sales activities, quotations, negotiations and follow-ups.

·      Coordinate with customers, vendors and internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.

·      Monitor sales orders, deliveries and operational activities for timely completion.

·      Track sales forecasts, and performance metrics.

·      Identify and resolve operational issues promptly.

·      Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

·      Lead and manage the sales and operations team.

Requirements:

·      Bachelor’s degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Aviation, Business Management or a related field.

·      5+ years of relevant experience in sales and operations management, preferably in the aviation industry.

·      Strong communication, negotiation, leadership and problem-solving skills.

·      Good knowledge of computer applications and usage of Microsoft office packages.

·      Excellent written and verbal communication skill in English.
