Opening : Sales Performance Manager

Location : Delhi/Bangalore

Experience Required: 4 to 5 yrs in the automotive/luxury retail industry

Looking for candidates with experience in the following:

• Overall experience: 10–12 years in Sales
\n
• 4–5 years of experience in the automotive/luxury retail industry
\n
• Strong background in retail business, franchise management, and commercial acumen
\n

Key Accountabilities:

\n
• Responsible for Driving the Focus on Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty
\n
• Leads, coaches and mentors the Retailer to create a Customer First culture that delivers an outstanding customer experience to every customer, every time.
\n
• Utilises Retailer Balanced Scorecard, intelligence data and tools to plan, implement and proactively manage a customer satisfaction improvement strategy with the Retailer.
\n
• Accountable for Monitoring and Managing Retailer Sales and Customer Service Performance
\n
• Coaches and supports the Retailer’s Management Team to help them achieve their business objectives.
\n
• Assesses sales systems and processes against PEF and develops action plans to improve their adherence and performance.
\n
• Responsible for driving Retailer performance against the Market’s Variable Margin Programme and takes appropriate action to ensure targets are achieved.
\n
• Is accountable for - Working closely with the Retailer on a day-to-day basis to ensure that car sales, parts and accessories sales forecasting is consistently reliable and up to date | Working with the Retailer to manage the supply of vehicles, to reflect both local market demand and fulfil agreed wholesale commitments | Supporting the Retailer to control stock profile and stock age
