Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Service Cloud Architect to provide technical and solution architecture leadership for a complex enterprise Salesforce Service Cloud landscape.
The architect will be responsible for the stability, scalability, maintainability, performance and continuous evolution of the Service Cloud platform within the AMS environment.
The role will work closely with the Service Delivery Manager, SRE Architect, L3 Salesforce Engineers and business stakeholders to resolve complex production issues, assess architectural risks, eliminate technical debt, govern changes and define the roadmap for platform modernization and optimization.
The candidate should have strong experience in Salesforce Service Cloud architecture, Apex, Lightning/LWC, Flow, integrations, data architecture, security, automation and enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations.
Key Responsibilities
Salesforce Service Cloud Architecture
- Own and govern the technical architecture of the Service Cloud platform.
- Define scalable and maintainable solutions aligned with Salesforce best practices.
- Review existing architecture and identify areas of technical risk.
- Define architectural standards and design principles for the AMS team.
- Ensure solutions are aligned with enterprise architecture and Salesforce platform capabilities.
- Provide architectural guidance to L2/L3 teams for complex application issues.
- Review proposed application changes for architectural impact.
- Ensure appropriate balance between configuration, customization and custom development.
