Role: SAP Ariba Consultant – Pre-Sales
Location: Remote / Pan India
Engagement: On-demand / Requirement-based
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP Ariba SME / Consultant to support our Pre-Sales activities for upcoming SAP Ariba opportunities. The consultant will work closely with our Sales, Pre-Sales, and Delivery teams to understand client requirements, design suitable solutions, and support technical and functional discussions.
Key Responsibilities
• Participate in client discovery and requirement-gathering discussions.
• Understand business requirements and map them to appropriate SAP Ariba solutions.
• Support the Pre-Sales team in solution design and proposal preparation.
• Conduct solution presentations and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
• Support RFP/RFI responses and technical/functional documentation.
• Assist with effort estimation, scope definition, and solution architecture.
• Participate in client workshops and technical discussions.
• Provide SME-level guidance on SAP Ariba capabilities, integrations, and implementation approaches.
• Collaborate with Sales and Delivery teams during opportunity qualification and solution finalization.
Required Expertise
• Strong functional expertise in SAP Ariba.
• Experience across relevant Ariba modules such as Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Lifecycle & Performance, Buying & Invoicing, and Ariba Network.
• Prior experience supporting Pre-Sales, solutioning, client demonstrations, RFP/RFI responses, or proposal development.
• Strong understanding of SAP Ariba implementation and integration landscape.
• Ability to interact confidently with client stakeholders and business teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and solutioning skills.
Preferred Profile
Experienced SAP Ariba Consultant / SME with hands-on implementation experience who can independently support client-facing Pre-Sales and solutioning activities on a freelance/on-demand basis.
